HFA Partners acted as Independent Registered Municipal Advisor to Reid Health on a $69.5 million tax-exempt direct placement to refund prior debt. The fixed-rate facility is secured on parity with other senior debt and features two series placed with two institutional lenders. Series A features a 10-year put and series B and provides a 10-year optional redemption at par. Final maturity is 20 years. HFA assisted with an analysis of funding options, management of RFP process, review of proposals, lender selection, transaction execution, and closing support.
